Living Brady

What does it mean to be a Brady employee? It's a commitment to your career, your co-workers and your community. On this page, you'll learn about programs the company offers its employees and some of the organizations we support.

Brady Foundation

The Brady Corporation Foundation was established in 2006 to support organizations that inspire our employees in communities where they live and work.

Organizations may apply for grants for projects and programs that align with the Brady values of unlocking potential, protecting our future or differentiating through innovation and should focus on developing leadership, strengthening communities and educational programming.

Congratulations to our November Brady Bravo Office of the Month - Shenzhen!

Employees gave out 82 Peer to Peer recognitions - that's 93% of the office! Keep up the good work!

Employee Volunteer Program

The Employee Volunteer Program enables U.S. employees to give back to their communities. The group sponsors the annual Brady Walk, holds quarterly donation drives and volunteers with area not-for-profits. The EVP has chapters in Billerica, Branford, Buffalo, Lancaster, Louisville, Markham, Milwaukee, Ontario and Valencia.

Women's Leadership Alliance

The Women's Leadership Alliance (WLA) is a development network established to engage, encourage and empower women at Brady. It offers developmental programming, networking, mentoring and leadership opportunities to help members reach their professional goals, while championing the value of an inclusive environment.
